1. Remove Salt From Food - 


I know guys, there is no taste in food without salt. But, if you consume more salt, then blood pressure became high in your body and it is also a major disease or problem. If you consume less amount of salt, then you became healthy many of years.



2. Eat Slowly -


Most of the time, I saw that peoples eat very fast, but you know it is not a good habit if you do that then your food takes more time to digest and sometimes the food not be digested very well. You know, according to a research if you eat faster then it is also a reason of overweight or obesity. So, make sure that eat slowly and chew properly.




3. Drink More Water -


Depending upon your age, your body is made up of 60% of water. Many advantages of water like balance your body temperature, helps to hydrated your body, keeps your kidney healthy etc. But, make sure that don't drink soft drinks because only water of beneficial for your body.




4. Sleep 7-8 hours -


Every human beings needs at least 7 to 8 hours to sleep. But, be careful not more than 8 hours to sleep because
30% added risk of dying prematurely. 
SO, when you go to sleep just wake up at least 7 hours to sleep with alarm ring, don't snooze several times.
