Blood Pressure ( Hypertension ) - A Complete Guide
You all known, WHAT IS BLOOD PRESSURE ? Don't worry guys, I will explain each and every problems related to Blood Pressure.
Blood Pressure Range
There are 5 categories of blood pressure ranges
1. Normal - In this above table, the green color indicates the normal range ( less than 120 and less than 80 ). If your B.P readings this, then don't worry it's a normal. But, don't take stress anymore.
2. Elevated- In this above table, the yellow color indicates also normal or medium range ( 120-129 and less than 80 ). If your B.P readings this, then it's quite normal also but, much more than normal range.
3. High blood pressure ( Stage 1 ) - Above table, the light orange color indicates the high blood pressure (130-139 and 80-89 ). If your B.P readings this, then it's not a normal readings. It's a stage 1 for hypertension. In this stage, most of doctors recommend medication as per your condition.
4. High blood pressure ( Stage 2 ) - Above given table, the dark orange color indicates high blood pressure ( 140 or more and 90 or more ). This readings it's not good for your health, I personally recommended, the doctor advice is good at this stage. It's a stage 2 for hypertension.
5. High blood pressure ( Stage 3 ) - Above table, the red color indicates the very high blood pressure ( higher than 180 and higher than 120 ). If your B.P readings 180+ and 120+ then, wait 5 to 10 min after that, check blood pressure again, if the readings same it is then suddenly contact to doctor and give medication treatment.
Several things you should follow, when you check Blood pressure at home :
2. It's important to take the readings at same time like morning and evening. If you have eaten something, then after 1 hour the blood pressure should be measured.
3. Empty your bladder and also ensure that 5 -7 mins to quiet rest before measuring.
4. Don't take measurement over the cloths.
Blood pressure machine
Blood pressure machine known as sphygmomanometer. The accuracy of machines is depend upon the cuff size and proper use.
- Eat too much salt and less quantity of fruits and vegetables
- Overweight
- Stress, depression, anxiety etc
- Do not take much sleep
- Drink more quantity of coffee or tea
- Diabetes
- 65+ age
- Not physically active
- Little amount of potassium in your diet
- Drink too much alcohol
What to do at home, when your blood pressure became high
1. Don't consume sodium ( salt ) in your diet
2. Don't drink tea, coffee
3. take medicine as per your doctor advice
4. take some rest
5. Regular check Blood pressure, until B.P became normal range
Causes of low blood pressure
- Blood loss
- Lack of nutrients in diet
- Dehydration
- Pregnancy
- Weakness
- Vomiting
- Fainting
- Dizziness
- Hormone related disease
- Server infection
1. Drink lemon water or coffee
2. Eat vitamin C fruits
3. Eat dark chocolate
4. Regular check blood pressure, until B.P became normal range
5. Take some rest
